As a nurse practitioner, I’ve had the privilege of walking beside people through life’s most meaningful moments—times of joy, healing, and loss. Becoming a mother to my two boys deepened that perspective in ways I couldn’t have imagined. My own struggles with low supply when breastfeeding gave me a profound appreciation for the devotion, sacrifice, and love that go into nourishing and raising our little ones.

professional and personal experiences:  a
